I’m an Instructional Designer with a background in the clinical laboratory and a passion for learning and teaching. I have over a decade of experience in various roles within medical diagnostics.
My goal is to clearly and accurately represent your vision while keeping the needs of the learner at the forefront during design, development, and implementation. Working with various industries means I am learning on the job everyday. It keeps each week interesting and keeps me in the position to always have the end-user of the training, top of mind.
I can’t emphasize enough how important running a lean, customer-centered business is to me. The three largest circles of the logo represent you, me, and your customer. My role in our partnership is to bring your product, knowledge, and customer service full circle. “Product Training” or “Customer Service” tends to not spark excitement, creativity, or piqued interest when one first hears it. I approach each project as a problem solving opportunity that can be answered with creativity and imagination from design to development.

I truly enjoy partnering with stakeholders and teams that have skin in the game. We work well together when the satisfaction of the learner is the common goal. My role in the partnership is to add to your customer buy-in by providing the customer concrete knowledge on how to master the essentials of your product.
